College Submitter cannot set Active - Teachout Only Courses to Inactive - OPEN

Issue Summary: College Submitters cannot modify the course status when the starting status is Active - Teachout Only. The Deactivate button is disabled.

Workaround Available? Yes. College Submitters can contact cociappsupport@openccc.zendesk.com to have these courses moved to Inactive status until the bug is resolved.

Comments made on Working Copy not displaying when course is finalized and submitted - OPEN

Issue Summary: When a user is working with an Active course in Working Copy mode and adds a comment on the Contact page, that comment is saving and displaying only in the working copy. When the changes are finalized and the working copy is submitted, the copy is not being rendered on the Active version, nor is is displaying on the Course History page.

Workaround Available? No.

Changes made on working copy dont display on the course history - OPEN

Issue Summary: Changes made to courses in Working Copy mode are not being displayed on the Course History page as keyword changes.

Workaround Available? No. Please note: the edits made to courses are reflected as expected on the Active record when the working copy is finalized and submitted

Date fields dont support keyboard entry - OPEN

Issue Summary: All users must use the date picker for the required COR Effective Date and District Governing Board Approval Date fields, as well as the optional COR Effective End Date field. Keyboard entry of the date is not currently supported

Workaround Available? Yes. After you click on the field, press the “esc” key on the keyboard. Doing so will override the calendar settings.

Auto-Approval workflow for Courses - OPEN

Issue Summary: Courses are going into Submitted status instead of Approved even when field validation is passed.

Changes to new or existing courses or programs - CLOSED

Issue Summary: COCI was “rolled back” on Thursday, November 9th, 2023 at 8:00 PM. The rollback restored COCI to the look, feel, function and records stored in the database from 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023. Users have since reported new records created and records modified between 1:00 PM on November 8th and 8:00 PM on November 9th are no longer displaying in COCI.

Resolution Available? Yes; partial. The COCI Support Team can manually re-enter any courses or programs that were added or modified in the window noted above. Supporting documentation needs to be re-added by College Users. After auditing the snapshot available against what is currently in production, several college users have already re-added their courses or programs. If you would like us to complete the field responses for any remaining submissions, please contact us at cociappsupport@openccc.zendesk.com and we will complete the form entry for you.
