2015-16: Add Baccalaureate Degrees to Standard Application (SP02)

Problem / Issue

Colleges are requesting that Baccalaureate degrees be added to the Majors in CCCApply standard and international applications.  Per a recent memo from MIS, SP02 has been updated to allow for reporting of Baccalaureate degrees. Colleges who offer these programs require a way to capture and report using CCCApply data.

SP02 has been updated to allow for reporting of Baccalaureate degrees.

 New Credit Award Type: Y = Baccalaureate of Arts (B.A.) degree

 New Credit Award Type: Z = Baccalaureate of Science (B.S.) deg

Proposed Solution

Add two new values to the "Award Type" data field. The Award Type field is designated manually by colleges in the Majors tab of the Administrator. Award Type field is optional but all colleges are using this field when entering their Majors.
