  •  Create a download job for production.

Ensure Users are set up in the Set up new Users to use the QA and production Report Center*.  Pertains only to New users that do not already have a production Report Center account (i.e., Financial Aid staff, Research, etc.). Confirm that only one (1) user has "District-level" authorization (Use MIS code for District). *Pertains to the Administrator and the Report Center.
    3. Ensure that Users have only one account per EPPN, per application, per environment. For example, Joe Doe cannot have a BOG Administrator User account under MIS code 741 and 740.

    Authorized Users for Each Application
    In order to access the Administrator (for each application) and the Report Center, designated Staff members must have a User account set up for
    each individual application, including the Report Center. All User accounts are set up in the Administrator (even users for the Report Center). To set up user accounts for each application, log in to the Administrator and select the "Application" from the drop down menu on the home page. Navigate to the Users tab and set up users as described in the OpenCCCApply User Guide. Repeat the process for each application that user will be authorized to access. 

     

  •  Migrate all Rules and Messages from QA to production.
     
    1. Rule messages can be copied and pasted from QA to production.

  •  Notify college staff of Help Desk/Support email & phone number.
     
  •  Add Instructions from XAP BOG intro page on college website
     
  •  Change all apply buttons/links on college website to point to new URL
     
  •  Discuss go live date with CCCTC staff and schedule final checklist meeting for two weeks before prior to that date.
    1. CCCTC notifies Development of go live date and determines date to move BOG keystore from QA to Production. 
    2. Unicon updates the Go Live date in the College table for all colleges in the district.
    3. CCCTC advises Help Desk of new BOG colleges - one week before live link is made avail ble to students on college website.
