1. CCC Data 1.4.1 in Production

   • CCC Data 1.4.1 release access to the Data Warehouse report Server

   • Release contains access to the full set of apply non-credit international app and fee waiver data alone and multiple measures

   • Securing access through two factor authentication

   • 80 colleges have been set up with account access as of today

   • Outreach to set up the remaining colleges continues

2. CCC Data 2.0 going into Pilot

   • The pilot will will entail connecting a VPN with the tech center and then accessing the data warehouse through ODBC/JDBC access and connecting the data warehouse resources

3. Data Warehouse Advisory Group Confluence Space

   • New Confluence space created for DW Advisory, where meeting notes will be posted and shared with the group

   • DW Advisory Meeting Notes, FY 20/21

4. Research being conducted looking into how we will be bringing MIS data into the Data Warehouse

CO trying to make the data warehouse become a useful repository and a useful output

CCCTC will continue to work withAlex and the Chancellor's Office with Student Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) output to be the top priority for the data sources from the research perspective based on the feedback.

• Data on Demand also takes a day for processing.

What do analytics indicate about CO MIS usage with regard to the data mart?

Alex Jackl will work w Todd Hoig to get answer to this question, will share response w Mark and Advisory group.

Per Alex, CO has been running some page web page analytics against people accessing data mart and so we might have some data from that.

Alex will share responses w Mark so that he can share with Advisory group.
