CCC Data 2.0 going into Pilot
The pilot will will entail connecting a VPN with the tech center and then accessing the data warehouse through ODBC/JDBC access and connecting the data warehouse resourcesto support direct (ODBC/JDBC) access with the Data Warehouse, includes
Working with the Tech Center to set up a point-to-point VPN connection,
Creation of log-in credentials to connect with the Data Warehouse, and
Connection to the Data Warehouse, with data segmented by MIS code to connect college (or district office) with their data.
Research being conducted looking into how we will be bringing MIS data into the Data Warehouse, once data governance is put into place and the Tech Center directed by the CO to share these data with colleges (and district offices).

Discussion on how prioritized data sources are to be used
CO trying to make the data warehouse become a useful repository and a useful output
CCCTC will continue to work withAlex and the Chancellor's Office with Student Centered Funding Formula (SCFF) output to be as the top priority for the new data sources from the research perspective based on the feedback.
