The CCCApply master contract between the CCC Chancellor's Office and the Xap Corporation officially expires September 1, 2016.

If your college once subscribed to the Xap version of CCCApply, part of your OpenCCCApply implementation project included a migration of your Xap data to The final data purge and deletion of all historical Xap-CCCApply data is scheduled for July 31, 2016.

Confirm

that the migration of your Xap data was successful. A scheduled purge and deletion of all Xap-CCCApply data is planned for September 1, 2016. 

Review the steps below to ensure your migration was completed?

 

Your Xap Migration is Complete

  • Contact your Admissions or IT
department
  • Director to
identify
  • confirm which Xap-CCCApply applications you may have subscribed to prior to 2016.
 Locate  table
  •  migration table to see the number of
applications migrated over from each Xap application you subscribed to.
  •  Are data records missing for one or more Xap applications you subscribed to? Contact CCCTC Support for assistance.
 Locate
  • application records imported to the CCC Report Center.
  • Is anything missing?  Please contact CCCTC Support immediately to report any issue with your Xap-CCCApply data. All records will be purged & deleted on July 31, 2016.
  • Find your Xap Applications archive folder in the CCC Report Center. (See Accessing Your Xap Applications in the CCC Report Center.

  • Run one of the Xap Application Reports
in the Public Folder in the CCC Report Center
  • to ensure your data has been imported successfully.
