The master CCCApply contract master contract between the CCC Chancellor's Office and the Xap Corporation officially expires on September 1, 2016. If your college ever subscribed to any of the Xap CCCApply applications between 2001 - 2016, your implementation of OpenCCCApply included a migration of your Xap data to the CCC Report Center The final data purge and deletion of all historical Xap-CCCApply data is scheduled for July 31, 2016.

Confirm Your Xap Migration is Complete
- Contact your Admissions or IT department Director to identify confirm which Xap-CCCApply applications you may have subscribed to prior to 2016.
- Locate Find your college on the Xap-CCCApply Colleges table migration table to see the number of applications records migrated over for each Xap application you subscribed to.
- Are data records missing for any Xap applications you subscribed to? Contact CCCTC Support for assistance.
- Locate application records imported to the CCC Report Center.
- Is anything missing? Please contact CCCTC Support immediately to report any issue with your Xap-CCCApply data. All records will be purged & deleted on July 31, 2016.
- Find your Xap Applications archive folder in the CCC Report Center. (See Accessing Your Xap Applications in the CCC Report Center.)
- Run one of the Xap Application Reports in the Public Folder in the CCC Report Center to ensure your data has been imported successfully.

Once your Xap data has been migrated into the CCC Report Center, it's easy to look up acis complete,If your college ever subscribed to any of the Xap CCCApply applications between 2001 - 2016, including the BOG or International applications, part of your move to OpenCCCApply included a migration of your Xap data to the CCC Report Center.
