On June 28, 2018 - the Pilot (sandbox) version of the new CCCApply Administrator 2.0 will be released to all colleges and support services users of OpenCCCApply on the pilot environment, thus replacing the current (legacy) Admin 1.0 (legacy) system. To be clear, once the new The Pilot version will be live for 30 days prior to the full system Production release on July 27, 2018 - giving colleges time to familiarize themselves with the new user interface (look and feel), review and implement the new required and optional features, and confirm your existing Pilot version data and configuration settings have been migrated over intact.
NOTE: Once the new Administrator system has been deployed and fully implemented to Production environment, there will be two versions of the system running concurrently for a short period of time.
Pilot version is released - there will be two versions of the Administrator running, but your existing pilot data will not change. The pilot version of the new system will be available for preview, implementation, and training for 30-days prior to the production release; at which time, the legacy Admin 1.0 system will be replaced in all environments.
