The following one-time update process pertains to all existing Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS) users prior to CCC Data Warehouse v.2.2.0 release (February 2023).

Overview of Changes

New security measures were implemented for the Data Warehouse Report Server in the CCC Data Warehouse 2.2.0 version release that will impact existing user accounts (only), requiring a one-time update for external users and a new URL for college/district accounts using SSO.

Below are support processes with instructions for users based on user type. College and district users (SSO users) will now access the DWRS via a custom URL configured to their MIS code, allowing single sign-on authentication through their institution’s IdP. All other users (non-SSO) will be re-directed to a new URL and will undergo a one-time re-authentication process, similar to the First-time Log In Process used when they first created their accounts.
