Information

The Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS) is a BI reporting tool used by the CCCTC to provide secure access to sensitive systemwide data for college & district institutional researchers and other authorized usersstakeholders.

To Request Access: Please contact the CCCTC Enabling Services team at crms@ccctechcenter.org to request authorized access.

Existing Users: Please refer to Release 2023.CCCData.2.2.0 for details on updating your user account due to recent security updates.

Due to recent security updates

implemented to DWRS user accounts, existing college and district and other external user accounts may require an update to their sign-in process. Please see Implementation Notes in Release 2023.CCCData.2.2.0.

Additional Data Fields Available in DWRS

Fifteen previously released CCCApply application OpenCCCApply data fields are now available to authorized users in the Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS) for authorized users.
