When the Sign In process cannot confirm a match based on your email address (or mobile phone number), the system needs more information to find your account. The first query will use your birthdate date of birth and your last name together to find a unique match. If more than one match is found, you’ll be asked for more information until a unique match is found.

To get startedbegin:

  1. Click From the Sign In page, click the Recover Account link on the Sign In page to display the below the sign in input field. The Recover Account page displays.

  2. Enter your birthdate in the Date of Birth field.

  3. Enter your last name in the Last Name field.

  4. Click Next to validate your personal information.
