Problem / Issue
Issue Students are not reading the RDD. are rushing through selecting their hs ed level status. and are seleting the top response choice which is "Not a graduate". This is causing residency issues. They made some suggestons, but this is the only one that I didn't talk them out of making. Screen shot coming.
Issue- NOTE - this is not part of this change request, just storing notes here. Related to number 1 above. Make enhancement to bring attention to the RDD field (dates) Students don't understand the significance of this date and it's not highlighted in any way. They would like the RDD bolded, or move up to the section header.
