  • Introduce/Discuss the Replica data warehouse

    1. Purpose

  • The original mission was to give colleges access to their data

  • Purpose

    • Working with Unify they have been doing some data modeling in relation to fraud.

      • Building a replica analytics data warehouse through a statewide connection

      • Challenges- not a lot of opportunity to test Unify accuracy

      • TC has been asked to maintain as part of the infrastructure not a stand alone piece

  • Structure

    • (Analytic Prototype Doc shared in meeting)

    • Review the structure and make sure that data is showing as expected- How confident do we feel? Especially for students without SSN.

  • Outline Replica evaluation plan

  • Temp access will be given- at a higher level to authenticate data

  • January/February would be the feedback time and generate a report for March 2023

  • MOU and tasks should be ready for review the first part of December

  • By the new year- the goal is to have a clear MOU for what you will be asked to do, how long you have it, and an agreement to not use data for nefarious purposes
