EBSCO Databases

Issue: Many broken links when linking from Primo to EBSCO content

Suggested Fix: Configure the link resolver plugin for EBSCO per this document: Configuring the Validity of EBSCOhost Full Text URLs. This checks the validity of a full-text URL before passing it to the user. (This is just one fix; it will not fix all the problems).

Webinars with the Workgroup

 Recording (10/22/19): Q&A with the Acquisitions/ERM Workgroup

Webinars hosted by the Acquisitions/ERM workgroup.

Gobi Documentation

Included are documents related to integrating GOBI services into Alma.  If your college uses GOBI to acquire materials, you should reach out to Moriah Guy to setup a meeting with her to go over your library's needs to determine the best option.  Meetings should be scheduled for September / October to accommodate the ExLibris migration schedule.

GALILEO Interconnected Libraries (GIL) Documentation

From the Georgia Learning Library Online (via a consortium of many educational institutions' libraries in Georgia), these documents provide flowcharts, glossaries, and very handy "how to" steps to perform many functions in Alma and Primo.  Come here first to get already written directions or diagrams.  Don't know what a terminology from the vendor or related to LSP's are and are to afraid to ask?  You may find the term with its very definition here in its rich glossaries.

CSU Alma/Primo Twitter Feed

This twitter feed includes latest news and updates, including any universal technology issues happening in the LSP.

ERM Workgroup's Provided Google Custom Search Engine

Cross searches many relevant pages related to Alma/Primo, both from the vendor and various library groups, including the CSU group and our own.
