Problem / Issue

1)  Old footer pages need to be updated to the new css styles

2)  CCCCO contacts need to be updated throughout

3)  There are inconsistencies within the same application - for example from My Applications (Apply) - clicking on Header Help link takes user to old Help page; clicking on footer Help link - goes to New OpenCCC Help page.  All pages need to be updated and then the correct pages need to be linked in header/footers across all apps.
