Problem / Issue
Colleges using the CCC Title IX Survey - developed by the CCC Tech Center - would like to be able to run reports on the survey responses in the CCC Report Center. Currently, college users of the survey have a separate reporting tool to capture responses, with Admin Users having access to the data.
Work with the CCC Tech Center development team to understand the level of effort and budget to undergo this project:
- Add Title IX Survey fields to the CCCApply Download Client - which means the fields would have to be accessible to Unicon and stored somewhere on a shared database;
- Add survey fields to the CCC Report Center
Proposed Solution
Revise the Title IX application (cccsurvey.org) to store user responses somewhere and import the data source into CCC Report Center for reporting.In addition, add the Title IX survey fields to the data dictionary, download client, and database so that they function as downloadable, reportable, rule-generating fields.
Notes
Explore this with Lou & Wes to understand if this is something we can put on the 2017-2018 roadmap.
