Release Summary

Military Joint Services Transcript

The Military Joint Services Transcript (JST) field has been added to the workflow that returns a submitted student application from the CCCApply database. The purpose of this is so that the field can be added to the CCCApply Standard Application in a future CCCApply release. The question will give applicants the opportunity to have their transcript automatically added to their application.

Expected Year of Graduation

MMPS now saves Expected Year of Graduation (classOfYear) to the MMPS database when that information is provided by CCGI. This data can be used as an additional placement indicator when functionality is added in a future release.

Bug Fixes

  • ID.me status change events that include notifications to multiple districts are no longer blocked from attempting to deliver notifications to some districts if the delivery attempt to one district fails.

  • To enforce standards, high school names imported from CCGI are now limited to 60 characters, and term codes are automatically adjusted to all uppercase when importing high school transcripts from CCGI.

  • When submitting a High school transcript with multiple courses across different high schools, each course now has an ‘organizationName’ field that will contain the name of the high school in which the course was taken. This helps enforce accuracy of data.

  • High school transcripts that have empty or null values in the cccID field were being excluded from placement generation. Now the workflow has an added step to look up the student by ssID when cccID is not present, so that the student’s application will be included in Multiple Measures Placement Service (MMPS).

  • When an application is self reported and the Highest Grade Completed is empty, the MMPS API was rejecting the application because that field cannot be empty. Now, the field gets stored in the MMPS database as null, and MMPS will formally have no placement available.
