Completed Project Components
It is required to go live with the OpenCCCApply standard application prior to implementing the BOG Fee Waiver. By doing the standard application first, the following project components will already be done or are not required:
- Your contract MOU will be signed and fully executed. You do NOT need additional contracts for the BOG Fee Waiver or International applications.
- You Shibboleth IDP will be up and running in both QA and production.
- Your download client will be installed and working.
- Your college logo will already be implemented.
- BOG Fee Waiver does not have supplemental questions.
- There are no terms or majors to set up for the BOG.
- The Report Center has BOG specific reports. You may have financial aid people who will need training.
