Security enhancements made for Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS) authorized user accounts.
New (CCCTC) identity management system was implemented for DWRS authorized accounts.
User Information
Release 2023.CD2.2.0 focuses on security updates to the Data Warehouse Report Server for authorized California Community Colleges staff accounts via secure single sign-on access (SSO) via their district identity provider. Additionally, multi-factor authentication for all other authorized user access (Non-SSO) has been strengthened via new internal identity management system.
Implementation Notes
Colleges and districts will now sign in to the Data Warehouse Report Server via their institutions secure IdP and existing user credentials. Custom URLs for each institution have been configured; however no other changes have been made to individual user account roles or access level.
