Confirm Your Xap Migration is Complete
If your college ever subscribed to the Xap version of CCCApply, part of your move to OpenCCCApply included a migration of your Xap data to the CCC Report Center.
Confirm the successful migration of your Xap data by reviewing the bullets below:
- Contact your Admissions or IT department to identify which Xap-CCCApply applications you may have subscribed to prior to 2016.
- Locate your college on the Xap-CCCApply Colleges table to see the number of applications migrated over from each Xap application you subscribed to.
- Are data records missing for one or more Xap applications you subscribed to? Contact CCCTC Support for assistance.
- Locate your Xap Applications archive folder in the CCC Report Center.
- Test one of the Xap Application Reports in the Public Folder in the CCC Report Center to ensure your data has been imported successfully.
Is anything missing? Please contact CCCTC Support immediately to report an issue with your Xap-CCCApply archive data.
