Approval Letters removed from "Make a Copy" drafts

Details
  • Approval letters were being copied along with all other proposal documents when "make a copy" was selected on the manage program or manage course pages.
  • Approval letters pulled out of documents copied to new, draft proposal.
  • once submitted the new proposal would receive a unique CCN or PCN and the approval letter specific to that proposal would be generated at that time.

Resubmits/Revisions set to "Review" Status when Auto-Approval is off

  • Courses in "Revision" status were being set to "Submitted" status when users resubmitted the course. 
  • A fix was applied and courses sent to revision will now go back to "Review" status after being resubmitted if the original reviewer is still an active CCCCO Reviewer. 
  • If the original reviewer is no longer active, the resubmission will go into "Submitted" status and be added to the queue of another CCCCO Reviewer.

Substantial change flag removed on "Make a Copy" submissions

  • Some fields were triggering substantial changes when drafts resulting from "Make a copy" were submitted.
  • All substantial change flags on these drafts have been removed.
  • All drafts without a CCN assigned will be treated as brand new proposals when the user clicks "Submit"

Updates to program documents displayed on Review and Detail pages

DetailsThe CCCCO reported that tall documents visible on the manage page were not displaying in the Review and Detail pages. A bug fix was applied to carry forward all documents associated with a program proposal through to the Detail and Review pages.

Updates to Special Characteristics Code Descriptor field

If a course was changed from Credit Status (CB04) of Noncredit to a Credit course, if any values had been set for "Special Characteristics Code Descriptor" then those values are retained, but no longer visible in the UI. Then once the course is submitted, it will get a validation error of "No special characteristics when Credit Status is "Credit - Degree Applicable""

The dropdown options were updated to display "Y - Credit Course" but not allow users to select this option when CB04 is set to Noncredit. The option was not displaying at all previously for non-credit.

Add College to Account function fixed

Details

Admins were able to associate colleges with a user account but it was not displaying the list of colleges until after the account changes had been saved. A fix was applied and colleges now show at the time they are added.
