CVC/OEI ETHOS integration

The field teachingCollegeID was added to the Ethos payload so that Ellucian can create logic to identify CVC-OEI students in the Ethos workflow.

Updates to Apollo and Conductor

Added support for query of the Apply Standard GraphQL API to return applications by a specified date range.

Added sisReceipt and agentEmail to intl-submit-ws and Apollo’s GraphQL output payload.

Updated mapping in College adaptor so that ‘mainPhoneVerified’ and ‘mainPhoneVerifiedTimestamp’ are mapped as expected.

User Implementation

SuperGlue releases are backwards compatible; however each time new data fields are added to one of the CCC Data sets the colleges using the SuperGlue College Adaptor will need to update to be updated with the latest schema version in order to receive these additional fields. To update your schema version, please contact the CCCTC Enabling Services implementation team at crms@ccctechcenter.org.

Support for ID.me fields

The following new identity verification fields are being captured by OpenCCC and CCCApply’s integration with ID.me and are now included in the CCCApply, International, and California College Promise Grant applications:

• idme_confirmation_timestamp

• idme_optin_timestamp

• idme_workflow_status

These new fields have been added to SuperGlue and are now supported in:

• SuperGlue Banner adapter

• SuperGlue Colleague adapter

• SuperGlue Peoplesoft adapter

• Ellucian Ethos integration

• Apollo

These fields have also been included in the CCCApply data transferred through SuperGlue in support of CVC-OEI.
