Question From Val

Do you anticipate sharing this survey with the Research team at the CCCCO?

I'd be happy to confer with the RP Group on some of this - seems like something very much in their wheelhouse and part of the unit's purpose.

Question From Val

I think the regional data sharing issues comes up frequently. Is there a barrier to doing this that the DW solves?

Denice

Yes, I think having everyone accessing the same place - currently we send individual files to each other.

Would additional infrastructure potentially allow for more flexible usage & integration of the statewide DW with local DWs?

Date Issue/Question Raised: Dulce Delgadillo

Is the Canvas data by institution or district?

Date Resolved/Answered:

  1. Denice Inciong: We have it by colleges but our district has access for connections to our SIS. But, the owners for us are the colleges.

  2. Mark Cohen: The data comes across as based on the API key, segmented by MIS code.

  3. John Sills: Any district colleges that have their own instance they're all set up at the district level and those API keys are generated the district level so getting it set up, I think, initially would probably require a district type decision. Going to need to be a governance issue, all the colleges are probably going to have to agree before it gets uploaded
