2 | Overview of the upcoming CCC Data 2.1 release | CCC Data 2.1 Adoption of 2.1 Question/Answers: Dulce Delgadillo: Is the Canvas data by institution or district? Denice Inciong: We have it by colleges but our district has access for connections to our SIS. But, the owners for us are the colleges. Mark Cohen: The data comes across is based on the API key and is segmented by MIS code. John Sills: Any district colleges that have their own instance they're all set up at the district level and those API keys are generated the district level so getting it set up, I think, initially would probably require a district type decision.

3 | Discussion on a proposed survey for feedback on how colleges are accessing and using CCC Data Warehouse resources. | We currently have 96 colleges that are engaging in some level with with the data warehouse survey will help have access to the Data Warehouse Report Server. The Tech Center is working on a survey of these users to better understand: How they are connecting to the DWare colleges accessing data from the Data Warehouse? How they would colleges like to connect to the data in the DW? What data sources they're usingHow would colleges like to connect to the data in the DW? What they're are colleges doing with the data? What applications are they colleges connecting with the Data Warehouse when using direct (ODBC/JDBC) connection?
