Release Summary

  • Two new questions were added to CCCApply & CC Promise Grant applications; SuperGlue will deliver those fields via SuperGlue College AdaptorNew Student Parent data field added to SuperGlue for Apply delivery has been updated to deliver the data from the new Student Parent with Dependent Children questions that are being added to the CC Promise Grant Online Application and the CCCApply Standard & Noncredit Application (CCCApply release v.6.13).

  • More previously released OpenCCC Account 2.0 fields are now being delivered available via the College Adaptor to the CC Promise Grant & the CCCApply International staging tables. See list of fields added below.

  • Data integration with Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, and MS SqL staging tables

User Implementation

SuperGlue releases are backwards compatible; however each time new data fields are added to one of the CCC Data sets the SuperGlue College Adaptor will need to be updated with the latest schema version to receive these additional fields. To update your schema version, please contact the CCCTC Enabling Services implementation team at crms@ccctechcenter.org.

New

New Student Parent Data Available for CCCApply & CC Promise Grant

Data Fields Available via SuperGlue New questions in support of

Applications

Two new questions have been added to the CCCApply data sets supporting Assembly Bill 2881 Student Parents have been added to : Student Parents With Dependents Under 18 YRS. Data specifications for these new questions can be found in the CCCApply Standard & Noncredit Data Dictionary, and the 2023-2024 CC Promise Grant online applications. Details about these questions. and corresponding data elements are documented in the release notes for CCCApply version 6.13, as well as the corresponding data dictionaries for the two applications. The new fields Application data dictionary.

These two new data fields have been added to the CCC Data Warehouse products and services, and are now being delivered deliverable via the SuperGlue College Adaptor to college staging tables, supporting as well as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft and MS SqL platforms. These fields are also now available via Data Warehouse Direct Connect.

The CCCApply 6.13 version was released to Pilot environment on May 23, 2023. The production release is scheduled for Tuesday, May 30, 2023. See the CCCApply v.6.13 Release Notes for details.

More Previously Released Account Fields Are Delivered

The SuperGlue product team continues to backfill the delivery of OpenCCC Account 2.0 data fields for the CCCApply International Application and the CC Promise Grant Online Applications that had not been delivered at the time of the initial release. The College Adaptor will now deliver the following fields to college staging tables:
