Fix Error Validation: A fix was made to persistent data address a bug in the error validation for the HS Completion Date field, clearing out completion dates validation and the   "Did you receive your diploma, GED, or certificate in California?"question, where the data was not clearing out if the user attempted to revise their response(s), if needed, to address an the error message that appears if the HS Completion date is beyond the Term RDD.
