Release Summary
Marking an application as Spam automatically generates a record in the Bi-directional Fraud Database.
We made several improvements to enhance the reliability of application delivery within the Conductor workflow system.
User Information & Implementation
Although marking an application as SPAM now generates a record in the Bi-directional Fraud Database, there are no field changes to the record. However, users may see an increase in the number of reported fraud instances.
More Information
Bi-directional Fraud Change
By marking an application as Spam, the system now automatically generates a record in the Bi-directional Fraud Database (creating a record if it does not already exist). Instances of fraud can be accessed via the Data Warehouse Report Server, DW Direct Connect, or the SuperGlue bi-directional fraud API.
There are two fields that participate in the MIS segmentation for the bi-directional fraud data: recipientMisCode and reportedByMisCode. These two fields form a hierarchy that shows the parent-child relationship of the data.
