New (CCCTC) identity management system was implemented supporting DWRS authorized accounts.
Security Updates for DWRS User Accounts
Security updates were made to the Data Warehouse Report Server (DWRS), supporting single sign-on authentication (SSO) for colleges and districts via their own identity provider systems, and additional security for non-SSO users via multi-factor authentication. All existing user accounts have been migrated to a new secure identity management system; however all users will need to take one or more, one-time actions to re-authorized their existing account access.

Colleges & districts using CCC Data Warehouse Direct Connect should have immediate access to these additional data fields, and no additional action is required. |
User Implementation
College & District Users (SSO Users): This additional security requires The security enhancements deployed in this release require authorized college and district users to access the DWRS through a custom URL based on their MIS code. Colleges and districts will now sign in to the Data Warehouse Report Server via their institutions through their own institution's secure IdP and using their own existing user credentials. Custom URLs A custom URL for each institution have has been configured based on their MIS code; however no other changes have been made to individual user account roles or access level.

Chancellor’s Office & Other External Stakeholders (Non-SSO Users: Existing ): All non-college & district user accounts will continue to sign-in using multi-factor authentication; however the existing users will be directed to a new DWRS URL has changed and the user will need to obtain a new, one-time password from the Enabling Services implementation team.
