Introduce/Discuss the Replica data warehouse
Purpose
Structure
The original mission was to give colleges access to their data
Purpose
Working with Unify they have been doing some data modeling in relation to fraud.
Building a replica analytics data warehouse through a statewide connection
Challenges- not a lot of opportunity to test Unify accuracy
TC has been asked to maintain as part of the infrastructure not a stand alone piece
Structure

Review the structure and make sure that data is showing as expected- How confident do we feel? Especially for students without SSN.

Temp access will be given- at a higher level to authenticate data
January/February would be the feedback time and generate a report for March 2023

MOU and tasks should be ready for review the first part of December
By the new year- the goal is to have a clear MOU for what you will be asked to do, how long you have it, and an agreement to not use data for nefarious purposes
