Minor changes and bugfixes:
- GLUE-200 - Fixed logging: large log files, log rotation problems. Now By default there will be 7 days of debug logs, 30 days of info logs and 60 days of error logs.
- GLUE-345 - Fixed issue with MIS code not being validated on assessment import
- GLUE-374 - Fixed issue where a specific Colleague configuration would cause only only allow calls to the district MIS code instead of the college MIS code
- GLUE-488 - Fixed issue with assessment where default institution ID was not being written for multi-campus districts
