Minor changes and bugfixes:
- GLUE-200 : - Fixed logging issues
- Log rotation was not properly
- Log files were getting too large : large log files, log rotation problems. Now By default there will be 7 days of debug logs, 30 days of info logs and 60 days of error logs.
- Info and debug logs are now more balanced and some logging has been set to "trace" which is not turned on be default.GLUE-345 - Fixed issue with MIS code not being validated on assessment import
- GLUE-374 - Fixed issue where a specific Colleague configuration would cause only only allow calls to the district MIS code instead of the college MIS code
- GLUE-488 - Fixed issue with assessment where default institution ID was not being written for multi-campus districts
