Introduction to the International Application
Demonstration of the new International application and staff tools (Administrator & Report Center). We’ll review setting up Terms, Majors, English Proficiency, Rules, Supplemental Questions and Users in the Administrator and looking up submitted applications and run reports in the Report Center. We’ll finish the session with a high-level overview of the implementation project. Report Center.

A facilitated computer lab is open for all OpenCCCApply users to get help with creating ad hoc reports, using the Administrator functionality, and exploring the applications.

We’ll demonstrate how to:
Use the Rules engine to send automated emails to notify applicants of non-residency determination or to request participation in the Title IX Athletic Interest Survey;
Define Supplemental Questions for research or to inform other programs and services;
Use the enrollment campaign tracking fields to assess and track marketing campaign effectiveness.

2017 CCCApply Workshop Kick-Off Discussion
Sacramento City College will host the next CCCApply Workshop on April 12 & 13
Planning needs to account for:
Event occurring during the host college’s spring break
250+ people
A large conference/kickoff room
4 breakrooms
One computer lab.
FERPA and information security session will be presented.
It was suggested that EPI as other new upcoming initiatives be a feature of the General session.
A portion of the general session should be dedicated to information security.
Coordination with the etran California steering committee is needed.
Suggested themes for the Workshop included:
