Confirm Your Xap Migration is Complete
Confirm the successful migration of your Xap data by reviewing the bullets below:- Contact your Admissions or IT department to identify which Xap-CCCApply applications you may have subscribed to prior to 2016.
- Locate your college on the Xap-CCCApply Colleges table to see the number of applications records migrated over from for each Xap application you subscribed to.
- Are data records missing for one or more any Xap applications you subscribed to? Contact CCCTC Support for assistance.
- Locate your Xap Applications archive folder in the CCC Report Center.
- Test Run one of the Xap Application Reports in the Public Folder in the CCC Report Center to ensure your data has been imported successfully.
