Just in time for the Fall 2020 application season…CCCApply is now available in Spanish.

CCCApply is proud to join the statewide outreach effort in support of California's diverse student population with full Spanish-language translations across translationthroughout all the CCCApply online applications and the OpenCCC Student Account system.

Tip

Just in time for the Fall 2020 application season! CCCApply is now available in English and Spanish.

CCCApply applications for admission, and the Promise Grant fee waiver application, are now available in both English and Spanish language - includingonscreen question text, labels, response options, Help information and error messages, with the push of a button from any page.  

By clicking the Cambiar A Espanol button students can toggle between English and Spanish, giving ESL/Spanish-speaking students the ability to complete the entire application to college completely in Spanish. 

This enhancement aligns with our commitment to student success.

CCCApply Redesign Project Continues Through 2020

CCCApply continues its commitment to deliver is committed to developing student-centric, user-friendly applications that to support the wide range of California's wide-ranging and diverse student populations.

The new English / Spanish translation toggle (Cambiar A Espanol button) can be accessed from any page and allows students to complete the application in English or Spanish, including all Help information and error validation messages.

IMPORTANT: College Supplemental Questions Need to Be Translated by the College

If your college has implemented one or more optional supplemental questions in their Standard, Noncredit or International applications, they will not automatically appear in Spanish to your students without completing the English to Spanish translation tasks using college resources.

Colleges will need to translate their optional question your supplemental questions, click here for step-by-step instructions on updating your application-specific supplemental questions XML file(s). Each custom question will need to be translated using your local in-house resources and the text must be updated in
