2018-04: Develop Bi-Lingual Tutorials for CCCApply
Problem Statement or Business Need
The business need for this request is to support the diverse, wide range of bi-lingual ESL applicants who need user tutorials translated in their native language to help them understand and complete the CCCApply application, a requirement for admission to the California Community Colleges.
Proposed Solution
Develop Youtube-style videos in Spanish and English on how to go through CCCApply (breakdown videos by page - that way when a question changes or there's an update, we don't have to redo the entire video).
- Draft requirements for one or more audio-visual tutorials for CCCApply
- Develop POC for first tutorial (Using CCCApply)
- Draft outline of script and complete storyboard
