2016-33: Homeschoolers Classified as Non-Residents Because HomeSchool Not in School Finder

Problem / Issue
Colleges reporting that a significant number of Home schools are not in the School Finder and students are having issues with "my school is not on the list" on the Education page > Last High School Attended section of the Standard Application. Consequently they are getting classified as Non-residents because they cannot find the name of their registered Home school in the School Finder so they are either leaving it blank (Last HS Attended) or forced to choose an incorrect status.
Need to research where and why this is happening (is it really a case of the School Finder? Or something else?)
