Release Summary

CVCOEI

Expanded Fraud Notifications: Previously, when a OpenCCC id verification status is updated for a given student, each college that the student has applied to is notified. Now, teaching colleges will also be notified as well for their cross enrollment students.
- Internal Improvements:
  - The transfer/share application workflow has been migrated from conductor v1 to conductor v2 for improved stability, and reliability as well as lower maintenance costs.
  - The transfer/share application workflow now tracks each time an application is shared. This tracking data may become available to DW Direct Connect Researchers in a future CCC Data release.

Ellucian Ethos

College-Level Tenants/Keys: Previously, using Ethos for data delivery requires using a district-wide Ethos tenant and API key. Now, if a district enables it, colleges can work with Enabling Services to have a different Ethos tenant and API key from the district level one. This lets individual colleges use different Ellucian products other than those specified by the district.

MMPS

Additional Fields for Last High School Attended: A few new fields have been added to the MMPS dataset to store, from the various upstream sources, the student’s last attended high school name and CEEB code. These new fields may become available to DW Direct Connect Researchers in a future CCC Data release.

College Adaptor

Improved Health Check: the uptime monitoring process has been modified to more accurately detect if/when a college adaptor is able to process tasks/workflows into the college’s SIS staging tables.

Changes were made to the Apply conductor workflow to improve the accuracy of the downstream SIS_receipt report.
Changes were made to the workflow that archives other conductor workflows to enhance internal Conductor v2 stability.
