How to Request Support
Students are encouraged to get help and report issues using the steps below.
Technical issues that prevent your access to an application or service, or otherwise disrupts an application from operating as designed, should be reported as quickly as possible using the reporting steps below.
Step 1: Visit CCCHelp.info and search to see if the issue has already been reported. If no information is found, prepare to gather the necessary information to report the issue.
Step 2: Capture relevant details about the issue and snap a screenshot or screen capture of the error page or onscreen behavior. Be sure to include the URL address in the screenshot.
If you find that an issue has not been reported on CCCHelp.info, please gather and submit the issue details as described above.
Tips for Reporting Issues
Brief description of the issue
Time and date the issue occurred
Include your browser type (i.e., Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer)
Provide a screen shot of the error page message or bug behavior
Include the URL address
If available, expand the details tab provided in the error message
