This page will track integration with the IdP Proxy and the specific projects/applications that each college is implementing
This page contains three tables:
- Actively Engaged Colleges - Proxy team is actively engaged with college in integration activities
- Inactive/Not Started - Colleges for which the Proxy team has not yet engaged or may have engaged but for various reasons activity has been suspended/placed on hold
- Completed - Colleges for which integration is considered "Done" (Definition of "Done" criteria is that college has been integrated with Proxy Pilot/Prod, CCC Apply Pilot/Prod and Canvas Pilot)
The columns within each table are sortable and allow for viewing based on the area of interest such as MIS code, Initiative, etc.
The JIRA column denotes that a ticket(s) has been created for the college and tracks specific tasks or interactions with the college related to Proxy integration
Status columns are included to track the status for the following integration tasks:
- IdP Ready - College's IdP is using or has been upgraded to a SAML 2.0 compliant IdP and is configured to pass all necessary attributes required by SSO Proxy
- Proxy Pilot - District/College IdP metadata has been uploaded to Proxy Pilot environment and College is able to login through Proxy Pilot to receive attributes success page
- Proxy Prod - District/College IdP metadata has been uploaded to Proxy Prod environment and College is able to login through Proxy Prod to receive attributes success page
- APPLY Pilot - District/College IdP metadata has been uploaded to CCC Apply Pilot environment and College is able to login to CCC Apply Pilot environment
- APPLY Prod - District/College IdP metadata has been uploaded to CCC Apply Prod environment and College is able to login to CCC Apply Prod environment
- CANVAS Pilot - College's Canvas InCommon Metadata has been uploaded so Proxy Pilot environment and College has configured their Canvas Pilot environment to access it through the Proxy
- CANVAS Prod - College's Canvas InCommon Metadata has been uploaded so Proxy Prod environment and College has configured their Canvas Prod environment to access it through the Proxy
- STARFISH Pilot and Prod - Integration completed for both pilot and prod environments to allow College to login to Starfish through the Proxy
If APPLY Pilot/APPLY Prod cell has green background color, this means the college is set up to go through the Proxy to access CCCAPPLY
