Problem / Issue

The current OpenCCC Helpdesk Application was developed in PHP by an engineer who is no longer with the Tech Center.  The system is outdated and a challenge to maintain and support.

Support Services would like better control over the system and DevOps would like better management of the system.  

Proposed Solution

Re-write the Helpdesk Application and build the UI interface screens as a utility in the CCC Administrator (CAP shared utility module), which would require authenticated user accounts to access. Move to it's own server for better maintenance and control. 

Talk to ApplyDev and DevOps teams about possibilities and include notes before taking to Steering
