Release Schedule News

California Community Colleges staff receive updates CCCTC announces planned releases containing new product features, bug fixes, and security patches at fixed times.

📝 NOTE: This time is not announced ahead of time.

  • Our customers on Enterprise plans will receive the same updates after the update has already been widely deployed on the rest of Vanilla cloud.

  • Other plan levels and all staging sites receive these updates on an ad-hoc basis.

Implementation Requirements

Direct Connect releases of CCC Data code Hotfixes and other technical updates may occur on an ad-hoc basis, usually based off of a previous product deployment or service release.

  • Pilot and staging site releases may be deployed to all colleges or based on select participation.

  • Production releases are typically, but not always, announced systemwide to CCC staff.
