The purpose of this document is to outline the ES implementation process for supporting colleges that opt-in to accessing their Canvas data in the CCC Data Warehouse.

  • Colleges must “opt-in” to initiate implementation and access

  • Configuration process requires the college’s unique Canvas API key - which is then supplied to InterVision via SNOW ticket.

Follow the steps below to initiate custom implementation for each college:

  3. College locates and submits their unique Canvas API key to the ES team

  4. ES member creates InterVision SNOW ticket and attaches API key for custom configuration process.

Release Notes: CCC Data 2.1

The CCC Data 2.1 release will add the following data sources to the CCC Data platform:

  • Canvas data, when opted-in to by the district, made available to colleges in the DW (DW Report Server and DW direct connect)

  • MyPath data, made available to colleges in the DW (DW Report Server and DW direct connect)

  • COCI data, made available to colleges in the DW (DW Report Server and DW direct connect)

  • NOVA data, added to the DL and made available to the CCCCO through the DW. This is not available to colleges at this time.  

  • Launchboard data, added to the DL and made available to the CCCCO through the DW. This is not available to colleges at this time.
