Why are my user DW Report Server account (login credentials) no longer working? Did something change?

With the release of CCC Data v1.4.1 the DW Report Server is now secured through two-factor authentication. To do this we needed to retire the existing account access to the DW Report Server (and LGBTQ Report) and ask that new accounts be created.

A comprehensive Help system is available and can be accessed from any screen in the upper right toolbar.
