Last Day to Make Changes in Pilot Environment

What? Pertains to the PILOT version of the CCCApply Administrator and CCC Report Center.

Who?  Pertains to ALL existing users of the CCCApply Administrator and CCC Report Center.

What is it?  This is the day Pilot is unavailable .   Colleges are locked out of the Pilot CCCApply Administrator 2.0 beginning at 8:00AM PST.

WARNING: NO further changes can be made in the Admin1 legacy Pilot Administrator.

All college-specific data, settings, and other custom-configurations are frozen and will be migrated over to the new CCCApply Administrator 2.0 system.

June 28125:00PM 00AM - 5:00PMPilot Release 6.2.0

What will happen?  Beginning at 12:00PM, release 6.2.0 activities begin in the Pilot environment. 

  1. The current Pilot CCCApply Administrator (v.1.0) will shut off and the new CCCApply Administrator 2.0 will be live for the Pilot environment. 
  2. The new CCC Administrator - the new, central core admin platform - will serve as the authentication gateway to the CCCApply Administrator 2.0 - in the Pilot environment ONLY.
  3. College and district users will use their new URL to get to the Pilot CCC Administrator and will select "CCCApply Administrator" from the Applications menu to launch the Pilot CCCApply Administrator 2.0 in a new tab or window.

What is being released to Pilot? All contents within the OpenCCCApply Release 6.2.0 and the CAP 1.0.0 release will be deployed to the Pilot environment.

June 29 - July 227:00AM - 5:00PMSupport & Training Sessions 

What is this?  As soon as the new Administrators are live in the Pilot environment, the CCCTC College Support Services will begin working one-on-one with colleges and districts to train, test, and validate that all existing CCCApply Administrator data is securely migrated to the new system.

Colleges will be contacted and asked to schedule a time and date for one-on-one implementation testing with a support engineer. All support sessions will be held ONLINE via Zoom and are being scheduled at the college's convenience.
