Why are my user DW Report Server account (login credentials) no longer working? Did something change?

With the release of CCC Data v1.4.1 the DW Report Server is now secured through two-factor authentication. To do this we needed to retire the existing account access to the DW Report Server (and LGBTQ Report) and ask that new accounts be created.

How do I reset my Password for the Data Warehouse Report Server?

The unique password is configured by a CCCTC Administrator for the user account cannot be changed or reset by the user. Why am I being asked for a Verification code?

The verification code is required as the second factor used in two-factor authentication (the password is something you know, the verification code is something that you obtain. This additional step helps to secure access to the data in the DW Report Server.

Why is my Verification code timing out?

The verification code is a time-sensitive code designed to time out after 60 seconds. Your authenticator app will show how long it is until the code expires so that you can enter and submit the code in the window that it exists for.

  • The CCC Data Warehouse is a structured source of master data that can be used to generate the data marts and reports and analytics that end-users need.

What’s the difference between CCC Data Warehouse and CCC Data Warehouse Report Server?

The CCC Data Warehouse is a structured database, the Data Warehouse Report Center is an analytics software package connected to the database providing an interface to query and extract these data.

What’s the difference between JasperReports and the Data Warehouse Report Server?

The Data Warehouse Report Server (v.1.4.1) is a CCC-branded version of TIBCO JasperReports (v.6.4.4) with role-based access to integrated CCC Data for authorized CCC researchers using multi-factor authentication (MFA).

TIBCO JasperReports Server is a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) tool that provides robust static and interactive reporting, report server, and data analysis capabilities. A comprehensive Help system is available and can be accessed from any screen in the upper right toolbar. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), a subset of multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security system that authenticates a user’s identify by requiring multiple pieces of evidence (credentials) before granting access to a service or system.

What data is available in the Data Warehouse Report Server?

In the August 2020 release (v.1.4.1) the following data sets will be available in the Data Warehouse Report Server:

What data am I allowed to access with my user account?

You are able to access all available data sources segmented to your college or district by MIS code.

Will additional data sets be added to the Data Warehouse Report Server?

Yes. We will notify you as additional data sets are scheduled to be added. These additional data sets will include, though not limited to, COCI, C-ID, MyPath, and Canvas data.

Are any ready-made reports available in the Data Warehouse Report Server?

The DW Report Server includes the LGBTQ report developed in support of AB620.
